We aim to do our best for you, the tenant, at all times
Our pads are all owned and managed by us and we care about you and the property.
You deal direct and as we live locally, we can respond quickly to any problems.
Regular monthly maintenance visits are scheduled for each property; so small items do not get overlooked.
We are receptive to any concerns you have and don’t mind you contacting us if in doubt.
Ten year Accreditation to National Landlord Association (was NFRL-The National Federation Residential landlords)
Deposits are all protected by Tenancy Deposit Solutions, a Government authorised protection scheme. You will get written verification from them of amount of deposit paid.
Energy Proficiency Certificates (EPC's) are available. Ours are all in highest band,sensibly attainable, for traditional style houses, because we have installed modern CH boilers, double glazing and upgraded our loft and cavity wall insulation.
Gas and Electrical safety certificates are always up to date, as we care about your safety.
Smoke detectors are connected to the electrical system for your extra protection
Girl and mixed gender groups are preferred as tenants
